Welcome to RO Building Services Ltd. We are a family run mechanical services contractor based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Although based here, we travel nationally in order to serve the mechanical sector. Sectors we work within include; commercial, industrial, residential, health and education.

What We Offer

We are a company who pride ourselves on our quality of work and the ability to meet time constraints given to us by our clients. Because of this and our willingness to work together, we are always acquiring work from returning customers.

End User Clients - Commercial Laundries

For commercial laundries, we offer everything from a brand new installation to simply moving machines to different areas of the laundry. This includes all services required such as steam, condensate, gas, raw water, soft water, air, ductwork and drainage. We also have a partner that can complete the electrical installation and procure all types of plant including washers, dryers, ironers, boilers and presses. 

End User Clients - Other

We have completed many projects for other end user clients such as package manufacturers, car part manafacturers and smaller commercial units. These projects include such works as brand new gas installations, gas pipework replacements and new heating pipework.

M&E contractors

As I'm sure you will know, we will require layout drawings, specifications, schematics and a programme along with a site visit before sending you a formal quote. We are a company that can provide all aspects of the project including; project management, supervision, labour, materials, valves, access equipment, welding and threading plant.

Services

Installation

Our main area of work is the installation of mechanical pipework including steam, gas, LTHW, CHW and BCWS.

Pre-fabrication

We have our own workshop that we use both for pre-fabrication contracts and to also minimise on-site welding.

Repairs/Replacements

On site teams are available to repair welds and/or replace old pipework, valves and plant.
